Pumpkin

On Friday night, after the kids cleaned up their toys in the living room, they got to help make their first Jack-O-Lantern. Something about the smell of the inside of a pumpkin really makes me smile. It was fun to pass this tradition on to our kids.

Once Jack was lit, the kids thought it was awesome the way the lantern lit up a smiley face on the walls as we ascended the stairs for our bedtime routine.
