Easter pictures and the state of the Ridley Family

Here are a few pictures we took of our kids in their new Easter outfits. Hayley is 6, Nathan is 4 and Matthew will turn 2 in May.
We thought we would post a little update about our family . . . since we just reached the end of the 1st quarter of the year . . . or something like that.
Dave is still working at Three Springs in Mountain Home, ID. His commute isn't very fun (1.5 hours each way in traffic) and he seems to be often overwhelmed by paperwork, but feels that he is doing good therapy and helping the kids on his caseload. Emily has started teaching piano lessons - only one student so far. She has also been tutoring algebra in the evenings. That should calm down for the summer, however. Hayley was in Kindergarten until the end of January, when we pulled her out of the school district and started homeschooling. (For more details on that momentous decision, send me an email and I'll be glad to oblige.) She is turning into quite the young lady. She spends a good amount of time reading and loves to set up play dates with her friends. Nathan was finally potty trained just before his 4th birthday. He has been busy learning how to read, write, and make big messes all over the house with train tracks, Legos and various other items. Matthew has been busy learning how to talk. He does quite well at it these days. He also makes his share of messes. They all keep us busy, sometimes frustrated, and often laughing out loud. All told, we're well and happy :)
